Ending January strong?

Are your emotions erupting due to social and political unrest and a death of a loved one?

Have you been focusing on what is going right and positive in your life?

By focusing on the negative you will not see the positive to motivate you to push forward.

In this great USA we continue to stand against social and political injustice in a peaceful and civil way. At least, this is what remembering Dr. Martin Luther King Jr is about celebrating this civil rights leader's birthday this month. His and our struggle continues for equality through non violence to bring about the advancement of colored people.

Maybe, its in our thoughts that we self reflect within ourselves and see what is wrong within each of us. Then, focus on a plan of action and stick to it no matter how difficult.

This pandemic is still here, so we must be proactive in preventing the spread of this virus.

As we contend for the faith let us be authentic in a way that is truly a representative of Christ.

We can all end January strong by being encourage to move forward.
